That's why we founded PodClub: a company looking to redefine and revolutionize the housing market of today. We pride ourselves on being able to provide affordable housing at a fraction of the cost through minimizing the housing profile — cutting the fat so to speak — all while maximizing sustainability, functionality, and comfort. More importantly, PodClub is a community of like-minded individuals who want to bring success to themselves and those around them. Housing & Ammenities

Our pods are state-of-the-art and designed with eco-friendly materials. Each pod boasts 1,784 liters of space for its tenant, as well as coming pre-furbished with a bed that includes storage. Each pod can be customized with a bookshelf at an additional cost. Personalized curtains are provided at an additional $50 fee. Strict no pet policy.

PodClub also contains a subscription service for the following ammenties:

• Communal Watering Hole
• Public Bathrooms & Showers
• Local Internet Café

* PodClub will use a portion of your electrical utilities to power its massive crypto farm in Wyoming.
